Aluminum Expanded Metal Sheet
Aluminum expanded sheet is produced by applying perforation and subsequent stretched of the aluminum plate, which forms a continuous web grid consisting of diamond-shaped holes or hexagonal shaped located strictly staggered at regular intervals, not having any weaving or welded connections point. At the consecutive rolling, expanded aluminum sheet can achieve uniform thickness and smooth surface, which forms flattened expanded metal sheet. But without the rolling, the sheet has a raised surface ( someone need this, we call it raised expanded metal). Hole openings are nominally measured the long way of the diamond (LWD) and the short way of the diamond (SWD). The size of sheet can be customized.
