Galvanized welded mesh or just low carbon steel welded wire mesh is coated with a thick layer of PVC which is tightly bonded to the wires by a heating process. The coating is very flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent or to be hit. It is stable during a wide temperature range, maintaining its features in extremes of both hot and cold temperatures. The coating is very resistant to scraping and abrasion, too. Vinyl coated welded wire mesh and fence, sometimes referred to as plastic coated wire products, are very strong and durable. They are long lasting and rust resistant.
